Trisha Harris – Executive Paralegal
Trisha Harris has her Business / Marketing Degree, Photography Degree, and Paralegal Degree from Oakland University where she earned a 3.9 GPA. This is coupled with more than 10 years of experience as an Executive Paralegal in Estate Planning and Elder Law. Trisha has also worked as a Paralegal in Immigration, Business Law, Contracts, Family Law, and Marketing. At the Rutkowski Law Firm, she is the Executive Assistant and Paralegal to Michael L. Rutkowski.
Trisha is the mom of three amazing kids. When she’s not at work you’ll find her exploring and photographing everything from portraits to abandoned buildings. She also loves working out and anything sports related. Trisha is a stereotypical Canadian who loves hockey, Canadian bacon, Tim Hortons coffee, and even says “eh” and “sorry about that” a lot.
Kendra Rozboril – Law Clerk
Kendra Rozboril obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Albion College with a Spanish and Economics double minor. After her undergraduate studies, Kendra received an honors scholarship to attend Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Kendra was the Senior Articles Editor for the school’s Law Journal, and she graduated in May 2016.
Kendra completed her externship with Rutkowski Law Firm, and she is now a permanent part of the firm as a Law Clerk. She focuses her time at the firm on Probate and Estate Planning matters, but she also handles a variety of work. Additionally, she assists with the research and writing on many types of cases.
Kendra is married and she and her husband have a golden retriever named Marley together, as well as their first baby on the way. When Kendra is not in the office, she likes to spend her time with her family, reading, and playing video games. She also has been an avid seamstress since an early age. While Kendra was at Albion College, she worked for the Theater Department in the Costume Department and has made clothing and dresses for multiple occasions.
Sarah Upfall – Legal Assistant
Initially, Sarah pursued a degree in Accounting while attending Oakland University. However, a life-long goal to be in the legal field, along with a keen eye for legal matters, led to a change of course. She is currently working toward obtaining her Paralegal Degree from Oakland Community College, with an expected graduation date of August 2017. Sarah completed her internship with the Rutkowski Law Firm and is now the legal assistant. She assists the firm with all of its legal matters.
Sarah is an avid car enthusiast. She spent five years as a Registered Importer licensed by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Sarah is also a devoted mother to her son and spends much of her spare time engaging in family activities.
